The Divertron X1200 Automatic Pump
The Divertron X1200 is an automatic Submersible pressure pump Manufactured by DAB in Italy.
Suitable to pump clear water, it’s ideal for rain water systems, operating sprinklers, pumping water from tanks, cisterns, ponds and wells and other applications that require high pressure.
This unique product is programmed to start and stop automatically when a valve or tap is opened or closed, while another programme will stop the pump automatically, in the event of dry running, thus protecting it from severe damage.
The dry-run protection built in to this pump is particularly impressive. If the water in the tank runs out, the pump only runs for 40 seconds before it stops. Then it will try again in one hour; if there is no water it will stop in forty seconds. Thereafter, it tries again after 4 hours then every 24 hours. When water is found it keeps running.
The motor is protected by a thermal overload. The pump has a side inlet entry, allowing use of a floating suction pipe, to enable to pump the cleanest water.
